The Aroma Phyto Studio includes an integrated Claude AI assistant designed to support your work across the platform.
The assistant is available directly within our primary data objects. At each of these points, it can provide contextual guidance, explanations and insights tailored to the information you are viewing.
Use of the Claude AI assistant is optional. You can activate it at any time through your account settings.
How to interact with the AI assistant?
The assistant offers a set of predefined actions through convenient slash commands, allowing you to trigger specialised analyses quickly.
You may also choose to interact freely by typing your own questions or prompts, enabling a more open form of dialogue.
Using your own Claude API key (BYOK)
Our platform supports a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. You provide your own Claude API key, obtained through your Anthropic account, to access the AI models.
You retain full control over billing and credit usage associated with your API key.
The platform stores your key securely in encrypted form to enable AI access.
With BYOK, your key and credits stay entirely under your control, and you can modify or revoke them at any time:

within the Aroma Phyto Studio
While the Aroma Phyto Studio generates prompts and processes AI responses, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the AI service complies with applicable laws, the terms of service of the AI provider, and the Aroma Phyto Studio Terms of Use.
The Aroma Phyto Studio does not use your API key for any purposes other than providing you access to the AI models within the Studio.
You may export your full chat history at any time. You may also delete your chat history at any time. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for further details.
How to get your own Claude API key
1. Visit the Anthropic dashboard at: https://console.anthropic.com/dashboard (link to anthropic.com)
2. Sign in with your existing account or create a new one.
3. Open the Billing section and add prepaid credits to your account. The Claude API cannot be used without an active credit balance.
4. Navigate to API Keys in the menu.
5. Select Get API Key to generate a new API key.
6. Copy the key and paste it into the designated field in your Claude API page at the Aroma Phyto Studio.
